Recommended only 6 to 7 regular bath towels is a max load and only 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash there clothes. Customer will not fix unit they will buy new one. Do not order parts. Verified and found drain hose in drain pipe to tight with no air gap also customer said that her drain is hooked up with her neighbors and when they wash together the neighbors water run to her washer.Explained to customer that they will need to fix that and that they have to have a air gap for proper draining. Check pressure hose and checked good. Found F0E5 error code off balance. Explained to them that the off balance will pause the unit and when they come and check on the clothes it will still be wet because they never caught it on time. Recommended 6 to 7 regular bath towels and only 1 to 2 tablespoons of detergent. Ran calibration and auto test Unit working as designed. Opt test ok.

Tried to force defrost but heater would not turn on i steamed out evaporator and found heater connector disconnected, connected back up and heater started functioning reassembled everything back up explained to customer that it was not going into a defrost causing it to frost up and making the temperature rise and not producing ice. I cycled the ice maker for them asked them to wait 24hrs for proper cooling temps. Opt test ok."

That if unit goes off balance it will try to rearange clothes but if it fails to do so it will shut down leaving clothes wet still. Ran bake test to 350 degrees. Good spark and ignition after 1 spark. Let preheat, did not smell any gas. Checked regulator connections with bubbles. No leaks at gas connections. Reran bake test to 400 degrees, good spark and ignition again. Let preheat, did not smell gas. Temped front panel after preheat to 400 degrees, front panel reading 94 degrees at its hottest spot. Let oven cycle for 10 minutes after preheat. Do not smell gas, panel temps stable at approx 94 degrees. Can not find an issue at this time."

"Cc that the unit will act up on them, they dont have a hook up the Wi-Fi sometimes you turn it off but it wont turn off and they have to go to the breaker to shut unit off. The time changes or it will go faster than normal and that one time they used both oven at the same time and tried to turn one of the off and when they were able to do it, but the oven turned it self on again. Ran diag found F6E4 user interface / appliance manager state status mismatch. Tested all components and pass. Unit needs to be hooked up to WiFi found SP The consumer may experience that the cooking cycle on Series 5 Built-in Oven is not getting canceled and the keypad is getting stuck. The only option to come out of it is to cycle Power.This issue has been fixed in the latest software which is there in production as well as this is available OVER THE AIR (OTA) update. Consumers need to connect the oven to the internet to get the latest software. Called Safety. Closed the job"

"Cc unit is not microwave not starting, having open and close door message. Watched as customer opened and closed door. Advised that there is a switch that is spring loaded. If not closing properly, not slamming but giving door firm push to make sure switches are activating and reading correctly, a message can pop up to close door. Showed customer how I closed it and every single time unit is working. Opened and closed door more than 20 times and every time unit worked. Went through service matters and checked to see if any service pointers. Went over service pointer. Went through each step and switches, door, all check good. Even tightened up switch screws, came a little bit closer to door. Tried adjusted right side closer to cabinet/switches as well. Every time testing unit. Has worked. Unit test good. Op test ok."
