He told me its a venting issue or theres a loose wire somewhere. I got off the phone with him I spoke to Brian he told me to check for proper voltage to the machine I found the L2 had 144 V it needs to be 120 and customer needs an electrician. Initially I checked L1 to L2 which is 240.
