Customer stated he never uses a meat probe nor does he have one. Advised I can disconnect meat probe jack harness and disable completely, customer agreed. Pulled unit from cabinet, disconnected meat probe harness connector. Ran bake tests on both upper and lower ovens. No fault/messages. Op test good."

Defrosted evaporator, found bad connection on defrost connector, terminal was pushed out of connector. Pushed and locked terminal back into connector. Reran manual defrost, heater turned on. Defrost circuit good. Cleared all ice from freezer. Advised customer to allow up to 24 hrs for unit to return to desired temps in both compartments."
