Ran auto test, all functions passed. Ran calibration. Ran drain and spin with 5 large wet towels( these were already in the unit). No abnormal vibration or offbalance issues. Finished cycle, no issues. Advised customer to ensure load is properly balanced at start of spin and drain cycle, may have to pause unit to redistribute load. Unit is working as designed."

"Cc unit still making loading buzzing noise at beginning of cycle.Ran heat test, confirmed buzzing noise at start of cycle, goes away after a few seconds. Unit is heating properly, amp draw on unit is 16.6a. Called wp techline, Joel, check magnetron for damage to antenna, possible cap or diode. Check waveguide for burnt spots or pitting. Unusual that sound goes away after start of cycle. Pulled waveguide cover, no evidence of damage, cover clips broke, will need to replace.
