"Cc that the top oven burns the food at the bottom and is raw at the top and bottom oven does not seems to cook good also top seems to have a discoloration. . Preheated upper oven to 350* and waited 15 min took temp 366*. Check the calibration on in upper oven was at 30* and bottom at 15 *. Preheated bottom oven and took temps, 347* and 355*. About cook top cust had the kit for it explain cust how to use the blade and not to be scare with the blade, was able to get it off . And also explain cust that when calibrate the oven you want to do 5 or 10* at the time and try something on the oven before cooking something just to make sure that the temps are good. Everything on the unit was good. Also told cust about the darker Bakeware will cook uneven and burn things up is better to use lighter ones or glass for some things. Op test ok"

"Did not install spark module. After testing burner operation to verify burner was still not working, found that burner is sparking normally at this time. May have been a issue with carbon buildup on cap, possible cap misalignment. Tested burner operation thoroughly to ensure it will work every time. Burner test good. "Installed control board. Tested oven light function. Unit powered down, breaker tripped for outlet. Checked for shorted wires to socket. Found metal debris in socket contacting ground and center post, possible from old light bulb. Removed and cleaned up inside. Reset breaker and retested. Oven light test good."

"Cc unit ovens too coldCustomer stated she tried running the bottom oven and it never seemed to heat up. Ran bake test on both upper and lower ovens, neither oven is heating up, relays on ACU board are not being activated. Ran diagnostics, found codes f6e0 for UI lost communication. Power cycled unit using breaker. Reran bake tests, both ovens now heating up in preheat. Ran bake tests to 350 degrees. Op test good."

Cc that stove is releasing c02. The customer said that the c02 alarm went off when oven was on so they called the gas company to verify issue and said they had a reading of 10 parts per million so we turned on the unit to see if the alarm would go off but nothing so the customer took the alarm off the wall and started to open the oven door to place the alarm in the oven and around it to trigger the alarm explained to customer he could not use the alarm that way it will give incorrect readings and the alarm still never went off. Called whirlpool and spoke with Jowell explained issue and he lets us know that 10 parts per million is a low reading all the way up to 800 parts per million of c02 is acceptable Jowell said they would have to have the gas company have someone come back out to get the right readings. But unit is working as designed. Opt test ok.

"Cc unit making noises, smelled burning. Opened up front panel checked around, no signs of burning. No signs of anything out of place of causing the noise. Ran a cup of water, tested, heated without any problems. Customer tried a couple times. Tried another time and let it count all the way down, working normally.
