Customers issues the units not spinning I verified the issue. Lets switch tested good I took the cabinet off the machine I inspected the motor inspected the coupler between the motor and transmission I also rotated the transmission clockwise and counterclockwise by hand the clutch was engaging the break was disengaging. I put the machine back together tried it again and it worked. I tried to duplicate the issue at least 10 times. I was not able to get the machine to duplicate an issue I am unable to determine what actually stopped working my best guest is the transmission wasnt engaging. Without the machine duplicating the issue I am unable to tell for certain.

Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Leveled unit, ran auto test and calibration. All functions passed. Pulled drain hose outlet from wash tub drain hole to prevent siphoning. "Cc that they had someone repair unit because it was leaking and replaced bellow, unit still leaking and there was water remaining on unit whent not been used. Found bellow not pu on properly it a little twisted which is not going to seal properly and it will leak, took bottom panel off and started normal cycle. Couldnt get unit to leak but i followed water marks it comes from bellow, adjusted and ask cust to look at the washer where water comes in and make sure is dry now and verify tomorrow, that will allow us to verify if water valve is shutting all the way or not. Couldnt duplicate issue, but corrected bellow for cust and adjusted UI because the buttons were off place, UI was not clicked on. Op test ok. Cust will monitor."
