Ran a diagnostics, ran manual diagnostics filled unit up with water. Drained. Checked underneath, no leaks. No leaks in the back. Ran unit on heavy duty with a load for a couple of mins. Ran diag got error code of F3e3 inlet water tem fault f0e4 spin limited by water temperature. Ran a self diag on unit. Hoses are good,not reverse. Ran step #2 on tech sheet , cold valve working, hot valve is working and fabric softener valve also works, unit does not have oxy valve. Check ohms on all of them I got from pin J16 1-6 1,056 ohms from j16 1-5 1,056 ohms and from j16 1-2 1,057. Tech sheet shows if valves are in range to replace main control. Also told cust that the excessive shaking could have been a off balance load, cust said that he thinks that it was a comforter. "Cc unit making clunking sound when in wash cycle.Customer states unit is making noise when agitating, never made noise before. Ran auto test, noticed agitation is noisier the normal. Checked agitator for tightness, good. Checked components under unit. Found oil leaking from gearcase. Unit needs gearcase, shifter is also saturated with oil, will replace as well. Parts not showing in stock on Marcone, office to contact customer for next service date. ; ordrng 1 W11423758 (Gearcase) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator)"

"Cc that the unit shakes a lot. Ran diag found f8e5 hot and cold reverse. Push down on suspension and they were bad. They will need to be replaced, also check the unit on high speed spin and when lock the door notice that the lid lock was also bad, cust said that shes been having problems with that too as well. "Cc that on any load they press start, unit will add water and from 55 min drops down to 5 and get a error code of Overload and it drains the water out but not all the way then they have to run drain and spin in low. Ran diag no error codes shown, unit when straight to test cycle. When unit was doing the test cycle it got stuck in C1 witch it says that it will fill to min water lever, unit just kept filling and filling so I pass that step to continue. Check the pressure hose not clogged. Called senior tech BJ to confirm diag, unit will need main control. ; ordrng 1 W10761028 (Control), used 1 SHIPPING (shipping and handling) from stock"

"Cc unit not adding hot water.Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran auto test, unit valves functioning properly, both hot and cold are flowing into unit. Ran normal wash test, water temperature in tub reaching 80 degrees on hot setting. Called wp techline, Joel, normal operation, units will not achieve a true hot setting, will always mix with cold water. No true measurable water temperature for any setting. Unit is working as designed."
