Unit sensed and filled just below clothing level and then advanced to wash. Advised customer this is correct for these units, it will not fill tub with water. Advised use of deep water each cycle for maximum water level and only 2tbl spoons or 1/4c of detergent max per load. Unit is working as designed."

Customer doesnt want the control replaced stated that this is second unit of the same and both times control issues she said she want the unit replaced and shes going to call wpl to see if they replaced it if not shes going to put it on the curb.
