For now is working as designed could not duplicate noise. Advice cust to monitor and if noise comes back to take a video that will help with diagnosis."

"Cc unit ff section still not coolingCustomer stated it was fine for a few weeks after last repair, now ff section is again reading mid to high 40 degrees. Found ff evaporator iced over, no air circulation in ff section. Ran thermistor tests and ff evap fan test. All passed. Called techline to document per job notes, Kathy, cannot sign off until tech goes through checklist of possible causes of ff frosting up. Defrosted ff evap cover, found cover is not pushed back fully. Defrosted evap, evap thermistor is in correct placement but is loose, not secured to suction tube. Secured to section tube w/zip tie and foil tape. Drain pan is not bowed, laying flat. Ran test 4, ff evap frosted and frost dissipated. 3 way valve operation test good. Advised customer to monitor unit."

Unit let small amount of water in, codes at end were 9-1 for diverter cant find position, 9-4 lower spray arm error. Started normal wash cycle, no water coming into unit. Lower spray arm not moving. Checked fill cactus from control board. Float switch and valve reading good, 1.4K ohms. Diverter motor tested good at 1.6k ohms but sensor unable to find position. Would need to reorder control board and add on pump/motor assembly for diverter replacement; ordrng 1 W10854228 (Control board) and 1 W10861526 (Pump/motor)"
