"Cc that every time he takes out the lint trap the lint fall inside to the blower wheel housing instead of sticking to the lint trap. Took apart back panel removed blower wheel housing and everything looked good no lint buildup inside at all but customer states since the run for the vent is so short he finds the lint that falls into housing all buildup outside vent. Did notice that the lint trap leaves a gap on the bottom so i adjusted it to have a better seal to see if that fixes the issue and found that they have a foil vent and there pushing unit all the way back causing the airflow to bottle neck they will need a semi rigid or rigid vent to avoid squishing the vent but everything is in perfect conditions all the seals from the door, drum and blower wheel housing are all good. Cannot find any other issues with unit documented issue"

"Cc takes several cycles to dry clothes and lint building up on bottomChecked airflow through venting to outlet. Airflow is low, louvers are barely opening on outlet. Customer stated they already had a vent company out to clean venting. Found that total vent tube length is 18ft. with three 90 degree elbows including foil vent tube connected to back of unit. Checked airflow at unit outlet, good airflow. Inspected blow wheel and cleaned out housing. Called wp techline, Steve, unit is working as designed, foil vent tube is not recommended, length of venting and number of elbows will restrict airflow. Documentation only."

"Cc when unit oven lights, makes a boom sound. Temperature may also be offRan bake test, on first ignition, unit make a typical noise for rapid thermal expansion as flame came on. Let unit heat up and cycle several times, and monitored temperatures. Oven set to 350 degrees, temperatures averages 352 degrees after several cycles. Advised customer that a whoosh/ poof sound is normal for gas ranges during ignition. No issues found with unit at this time."
