"Cc that unit will not make ice. Took temps and freezer was at 1* and ff section at 37*, Ran diagnostics and it had an E5 error for the ice maker thermistor. Took apart ice maker and found heater not on correctly on water line causing the line to be frozen so I installed it correctly and replaced fan in icebox, ice maker was not the correct one sent but the one installed was cycling fine than I and reseted unit. Ran test to make sure it will fill and and finish cycle and also customer has low water pressure in home which I explained to them that could cause problems with water valve whipping water because of the low pressure asked them to monitor it for now to see how it works out with the heater properly installed."
