Cc unit freezing random product Checked thermistor locations and ensured secure. Advised customer on product placement to allow proper airflow in ff section. Customer to monitor for at least 48 hrs. Op test good.

Cc top panel uneven Found top panel had popped off right side spring clip was was slightly angled. No damage to unit or top panel. Corrected top panel mount and pushed back down to secure to spring clip. Op test good.

"Cc unit not working, water still in tub Found unit is non responsive. Lid is locked. Popped latch to retrieve m/s tag. Checked power to main control, 121v, no status LED illuminated on control. Checked for shorted components, drain pump tested good at 19.7ohms. Unit will need main control and latch replaced. ; ordrng 1 W11419171 (Control-elec) and 1 W11700916 (Latch)"

Installed drive belt. Ran dryer test. Unit tumbles and heats. Op test good.
