"Cc unit will be halfway through cycle and go into Cool Down and say complete. Went over Sensor Drying with customer. If clothes arent reaching or hitting moisture sensor. Unit will time out and end cycle early. Replaced fuse and thermistor. Called TL. Agreed that unit is working normally, all components have been checked and explain sensor dry cycles to customer. Removed coins and nail from unit. Tested, running as it should. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit stopped mid cycle and gave error code. Ran diagnostics, giving F0E9 Off Balance Pause. Outlier test good. Ran whole diagnostics, all components working. Ran a Rinse and Spin, no load, good. Ran through. Ran a Quick Wash Cycle with load in, good and took about 30 mins and cycle completed, no problems. Called TL. Gave them error code F0E9. TL said the unit will try to rebalance the load 3 times and if not will throw that error. Customer might be putting too big of a load, overload or clothes not evenly distributed. Unit is working as designed. Customer needs to watch overloading/under loading as well. Unit working as designed. Op Test Ok."

Cc no lights in FF section. FF door switch is malfunctioning. Door Switch on Marcone shows NLA WR23X10429. Gave part number to customer.
