Cc that they have an odor coming out of unit. Looked inside and there was odor pebbles all inside of the dryer. I opened up the unit it and everything was clean nothing that can cause an odor. Explained to him hes going to have to get vent cleaned out just incase and clean the drum out and make sure not to use them inside the dryer and if hes going to use them in the washer use just a bit. Cannot find any issues with unit.

"Cc that unit had a burning smell so he canceled the cycle but then tried it later on and unit was functioning and the smell went away, and he had where the unit was washing for a while and just switch to power wash on its own. Verified underneath unit everything looked fine and no burning smell also checked junction box. Took off front panel and control and wiring looked good as well and no burning smell either. Explained to customer something was probably touching the heating element causing the smell but I cant find any issues. So I ran a test cycle to make sure all the functions work and its working as designed recommended customer to use and monitor."
