Our refrigerator was having some issues that was above my scope of knowledge so I called Fred’s appliance. Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dan showed up and diagnosed the problem and had parts ordered to be sent right to the house. He then returned a few days later and fixed it as fast as he diagnosed the problem. Great experience and will continue to use Fred’s appliance in the future. They were very responsive and gave a time frame when the tech would be there and was here both times in the window I was given. He was clean and professional on his well and a very positive experience during a bad time.
