Cc that unit has an F0E9 fault and wont do anything. Verified and customer had an extra heavy load in the washer which was a comforter and towels. Explained to customer that was her issue the extra heavy load. Recommended nothing more than half a tub for a full load and I made sure to run a test cycle and calibration on unit which both passed opt test good.

Cc no lights in FF section. FF door switch is malfunctioning. Door Switch on Marcone shows NLA WR23X10429. Gave part number to customer.

"Replaced heater, tested. Good. Diagnostics all components test good. Op Test Ok."

Cc that unit is not heating or advancing on the timer. Verified and found unit is not receiving 240vac only has 110vac will need an electrician to check the outlet. Still verified heater and fuses and everything was checking out good.

"Cc of unit not starting. Confirmed, found thermal fuse open. Replace from surplus t/s. Tested unit. Checked vent Op test ok; used 1 W10909685 (Fuse) from stock"
