Cc that they were cooking and when they lifted the pan there was a substance stuck on the glass top and when trying to g to clean the glass top chipped a bit. ordrng 1 W11156895 (Glass top)

Cc that bottom drawer was always freezing veggies. Verified and found that she has a separate temp control for drawer at the bottom and it was set to coldest for meats so I set control for veggies which customer didnt even know she had that temp control there. Recommended to monitor now that we changed it to the proper setting opt test good.

Replaced parts tested unit opt test good.

Tilted unit found lost of oil leaked out gearcase. Ordering gearcase, Washplate, rotor, stator, slider.; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (Stator) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate)"
