corina is fantastic! she listened to my description of problem with washer, observed action of washer, asked questions about the problem and then without hesitation proceeded to delve into the machine’s guts and fixed the problem…it was the best service call ever! also appreciated the ability to track timing of departure of previous / pending job to better plan for corina’s arrival. thank you.
