Started normal cycle to water saturate load then switched over to drain and spin. Unit sensed and balanced load, ramped up to max speed spin. Minimal vibration and load was spun out properly, towels were just damp. No issues found with unit at this time. Advised customer on load sizing and using additional Drain and Spin cycle if loads are not spun out satisfactory."

Unit sensed, filled and agitated. Advised customer on water level expectations for unit. Switched to drain and spin cycle, unit spun out and drained, minimal vibration. Advised customer some vibration is expected with unit, but if vibration is aggressive or noisy, check load distribution in tub, may need to redistribute and restart spin cycle. Unit is working as designed."
