We have a five-year-old Maytag clothes dryer which began making noises some months ago. Texted Fred's Appliance on a Monday and got a near-immediate response, setting an appointment for Wednesday of that same week. The service person arrived at 8 AM on the dot and immediately went to work, diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed parts, and reassembled the dryer IN UNDER AN HOUR. Bill, the serviceman, was friendly and polite and frankly did very good work.
It was NOT inexpensive to get the repair done, but what is these days? The dryer is back working as it should, and that's my bottom line.

Corina did an excellent job helping to repair this non-working Whirlpool Refrigerator. She was on time and very professional. Whirlpool makes lousy refrigerators. Fred's Appliance did the best they could to help us.
