Cc: stopped mid cycleCustomer stated they ran a medium load and the unit shut down mid cycle. Stated they had to let unit cool down before it would start again. Found error code f2e1(stuck key). Found all keys functioning. Ran diagnostics test cycle. Found moisture sensor functioning. Ran timed dry cycle. Checked outside vent. Found restricted air flow. Potential over heating motor. Advised customer to have venting cleaned. Op test ok

"Cc not making ice, cc confirmed at last visit. Installed optic lenses, tested by simulating door closed, light became solid. opt test good."

"CC that the ice maker is not working. Confirmed the optic eyes are flashing twice when the door is closed. Will need a new optic eye. Unplugged the optic board. Ice maker cycled. Advised Cust to monitor. If the boards are not needed will pick boards up for return ; ordrng 1 W10757851 (Optic eye), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"
