Customer just moved in a week ago. Unit is not being used. In garage. Called techline. Line to drier snapped. Techline documented. Techline video chat and took pics. Non repairable. Techline to call customer and go through next steps.; O-emld tckt

"Test 28 80*, test 29 85*. Test 40, solenoid activated. Test 38, compressor not coming on. Techline said to replace Orion board and compressor. ordering 3 way valve but might not be needed ; ordrng 1 W11592010 (Comp kit) and 2 W10805035 (Non dye drier)s and 1 W11575001 (Valve)"

"Replaced all controls, service kit and solenoid. Good. Compressor test checks good. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit not cooling properly. FZ all items are frozen, FZ temp is good. In FF only the bottom deli drawer is getting cold and freezing items, other food through are warm. Ice is still being made on door. New service pointer goes over control kit. Seems like refrigerant isnt getting to FF evap. Ordering kit, control and solenoid ; ordrng 1 W11336586 (Control) and 1 W11429989 (Solenoid) and 1 W11533213 (Service kit, both controls)"

"Cc unit not cooling. FZ is good, all items frozen and temp is -1. In FF getting upper 40s and 50s. Found connection to 3 way valve disconnected, could of vibrated out. Unplugged unit, connected cords back together. Ran diagnostics test 40. All steps completed correctly. Give 24 hrs to cool. Customer to monitor. Op Test Ok."
