Cc that unit has an F0E9 fault and wont do anything. Verified and customer had an extra heavy load in the washer which was a comforter and towels. Explained to customer that was her issue the extra heavy load. Recommended nothing more than half a tub for a full load and I made sure to run a test cycle and calibration on unit which both passed opt test good.

Replaced Emitter boards made sure it would cycle opt test good.; used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock

Cc that right hand door gasket is ripping. Confirmed. Replaced gasket and steamed it out for proper seal opt test good.

Cc that they have an odor coming out of unit. Looked inside and there was odor pebbles all inside of the dryer. I opened up the unit it and everything was clean nothing that can cause an odor. Explained to him hes going to have to get vent cleaned out just incase and clean the drum out and make sure not to use them inside the dryer and if hes going to use them in the washer use just a bit. Cannot find any issues with unit.
