Cc unit not spinning. Verified and found that the drain hose was on the ground. Explained to customer that unit will not work with the drain hose on the ground. Fixed drain hose for customer and leveled unit. Tested and unit working as should. Opt test good.

Cc unit that unit starts to fill and drain but will not spray water. Found pump motor bad ordering pump.; ordrng 1 W11613479 (Pump & motor)

Cc icemaker stopped working and started working again the last few days. Checked and saw that icemaker was making ice as should. Customer also stated that the icemaker has already been replaced twice by a different company and us. Explained to customer a problem that happens with these ice-makers is that pieces of ice get stuck on the flap which prevents icemaker from making ice. Recommended customer to monitor and if problems happens again to check if any ice stuck on flap.

"Cc that unit wouldnt start a cycle. Confirmed would not start. Verified and found actuator damaged from flood also all other components got wet including control board. Called BJ and stated we will have to send to Whirlpool to see what they want to do.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W11513248 (LATCH) from stock"

Cc unit not heating. Verified and ohmed out heating element and found it was open. Replaced heating element from truck stock. Tested unit and everything working as should. Opt test good. ; used 1 WP3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock
