Brian was great replacing the bulb in our microwave. He was on time, answered all of our questions and did the change quickly and efficiently. Fred's Appliance had the part shipped to our home after the first call. Of course, FedEx dropped the ball, and it sat in their warehouse for days. Fred's Appliance recognized the problem and had the part shipped from another vendor, so it arrived on time for our appointment. My only disappointment is in KitchenAid. Any design that requires a service call to replace a small halogen light bulb indicates extremely poor engineering.
