Cc that she was hearing a metal on metal sound when on spin. Verified and found that the hose on back was hitting back panel on the spin unit working as designed.

Cc that unit felt cold inside when opening microwave door and green bean sparking in microwave. Verified and found the cold air is from the vent going outside the air hits it straight on causing cold air to come into unit and the sparking is because the vegetables have minerals in them that are like iron and a t like metal causing them to arc with the radiation when heating unit is working as designed.

Cc that the temperature in the oven is less than what its actually saying its at. So I tested unit by running a preheat to 350* and noticed that temps were like at 300 so I checked calibration because customer stated they were messing around with it and found it was set to -30* so I set it to 0* and tested unit to 425* and it was a little off so I calibrated the oven and tested it again to 500* because thats where she states she has the most problem and temps were at 492* to 505* which are perfect opt test good.

Cc that unit was over heating like 50* more than what is set to. Checked out inside of oven and noticed seal was ripped will need seal replaced. Ran unit myself and let it preheat to 350* and waited a bit to check temps and it was at 360*. Asked customer what she does when she starts a bake and she stated she starts to preheat oven and during the preheat she will insert her food. Explained to her that she does not want to do that because it will for sure burn her food she has to wait until unit preheats all the wand and than wait at least 10mins to insert her food to avoid over cooking.; ordrng 1 WPW10535778 (Seal)

Cc that she was smelling a chemical smell and she had some food in freezer going soft but past week or more it has been working fine. Unit is the garage and explained to customer what happens with these refrigerators in the garage if its not a heated garage and the temperature outside drops. When I checked the temps in the garage it was at 40* and unit was not even running. Gave customer some tips to try to see if it works but as of now unit is working as should and there was no chemical smell I could detect.
