"Cc that unit at the end of the cycle it will make a squealing noise. Removed bottom cover and tested unit on a drain/spin and noticed that the belt is flaking and unit has some rubber shavings from belt on bottom which belt is wearing out. Cc that unit is not spinning. Tested unit and confirmed. Found that belt was broken replaced parts tested unit opt test good.

"Replaced drive motor tested unit and now it started spinning but wont stop and started grinding as well. Unit will also need geacase, belt, control board and cam. Customer stated she had Eric from Whirlpool tell her that they would replace unit for her. So she said not to order the parts because shes going to call him and if anything she will call us back.; ordrng 1 W11627413 (Control board) and 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"
