"Cc unit bake not working. Warming drawer misaligned, took out to see if brackets are broken, all parts good. Found wire connection to bake electrode halfway off, could of been from pans hitting it and knocking loose. Corrected. Adjusted electrode to make sure it is tight and close to bake burner, good. Tested unit. Bake is coming on, set to 400*. Cycling good. Also found 3 of the 4 burner caps were upside down, corrected, tested, good. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit fabric softener is not draining water. Took out dispenser, fabric softener caked with leftover residue, too much on for it to drain out bottom hole. Cleared. Showed customer that dispenser can be taken out. No error codes to unit. Slow cold water coming into unit, took off hose and tested from house, slow water coming from house. Advised customer to have a plumber check out. Unit otherwise is good. All functions working. Op Test Ok."
