Marie was was really knowledgeable. She pretty much knew what was wrong right away. She was pleasant also . After having 4 guys from Best Buy come in and no fix . It was nice to have someone (woman) come in and get the job DONE right! I will recommend Franks to everyone that needs an appliance repaired . Thank you!
