Ok. Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran test cycle, all functions passed. No abnormal noises heard. Had customer start a normal cycle. Customer pointed out the drain pump starting up on the initial drain out before fill starts. Advised customer this is normal operation and the noise heard is standard for this model, however with the drain pump dry cycling, noise can be more aggressive. No issues found with unit, unit is working as designed."
