"Cc unit making noise and now not working, verified and unit not coming on but would let me into diagnostics, found code F7E5 for shifter fault, tilted unit back and found water pouring out of the rotor, unit is leaking water from the gearcase seal, unit needs gearcase, agitator, rotor, stator, slide, spanner nut and clutch. Customer will not proceed with the repair ; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10902814 (washplate) and 1 W10909670 (nut-spaner) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W10915701 (rotor), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"

Cc of light not working. Confirmed. Replaced fresh food section light. Op test ok

CC that the unit will not finish a cycle. Confirmed. Found the drain pump humming. Replaced the drain pump from surplus t/s. Started a rinse and spin. Opt test ok ; ordrng 1 WPW10581874 (Drain pump)

"CC that the unit stops at 40 minutes. Ran diag F5e4 Lid Not Opened Between Cycles f0e3 overload. Started a normal cycle, went past 40 minutes. Started a cycle with clothes. Clothes were thrown in covering the washplate. Advised cust to wrap the clothes around the basket. Waited till it was in he final spin. Opt test ok"

CC that the unit will not tumble. Confirmed. Found the drum is seized. The idler pulley was seized. Replaced the dryer repair kit. Opt test ok.
