The service was done within 10 min and is working perfectly. It took a lot of rescheduling with the automated system to get him here. No fault of his but on the back end there were some real annoyances on our end. We were rescheduled without our knowledge. Had to cancel multiple times because I would say no through the text portal but it would keep the scheduled appointment.
