Cc Unit making a lot of noise while running. Found the fan is making a lot of noise. Ordering a new evaporator motor and fan blade.; ordrng 1 W11024089 (Evap fan motor) and 1 WP2169142 (Fan blade)

"Cc cannot dispense ice. Asked customer how often ice is used. Said they dont use ice often at all. Advised customer that if not using ice, if it sits for a while, unit when going in and out of defrost, the ice can clump together. Advised to get atleast 1-2 glasses of ice a day to cycle the old cubes out and keep icemaker cycling. Steamed all clumped ice. Tested. Good. All checks passed. Op Test Ok."

"Cc that unit is not heating properly, she even calibrated oven and same issue. Set calibration back to 0 and ran a bake to 350* than waited about 15mins checked temps and they were around 340* which is normal range. Explained to customer that a normal range in these ovens is between 325*-375*. Oven is showing me that its working as should, also recommended her to use convect bake and wait at least 15mins after preheat is done to insert food."

Cc FR burner not working. Found the burner caps were switched with the middle burner. Corrected. Showed customer. Tested. Good. Op Test Ok.
