"Cc banging, seems like spinning is too long so will pause and cancel. Advised customer that when unit is draining and spinning all cycles are different but even on Drain/Spin cycle, will take 10-15 mins of spinning, all normal. No error codes. Ran full diagnostics, all components working correctly. Tested suspension rods, good. Checked belt, pulley, motor, all check good, no signs of anything broken or out of place. Checked SP, Service Pointer #: W11695259, all checks are good Ran an entire Rinse and Spin cycle. All checks good. Took about 30 mins. Advised customer to make sure to use correct water level options, correct cycles for clothes. Not to over load or under load. Found drain hose hitting back of unit, advised customer of zip ties or styrofoam to keep hose away from back of unit. Unit is good and functioning properly. Op Test Ok."
