"Cc noise, delivery guy heard it to, told her to do a couple loads and then call Lowes to tell them about the noise. Cc noise, looked under unit. Found an extra screw that holds the motor in place stuck in the shield casing, damaged the cam pulley. Replaced cam pulley from t/s. Ran a test mode. Ran a Quick wash cycle, 30 mins with load, customer monitoring. Good, All normal sounds. Op Test Ok. ; used 1 W10721967 (PULLEY) from stock"

"Replaced control, ran unit at 350*. Watched and heat is cycling on/off. Unit turned bake cycle off when canceled. Good. Working correctly. Op Test Ok."
