"Sent entitlement to service. CC that the unit will run for 2 minutes and shut off. Started a cycle with clothes, eco boast was on. Advised Cust to turn off the eco boost. The clothes are hitting the moisture sensor. Let run for 30 minutes without stopping. OPT TEST OK."

CC that the food in the ff section is freezing. Confirmed. The control for freezer and the ff is at 7 and 7 both the coldest setting. Top shelf is on the highest setting. Advised Cust to lower the top shelf to have a gallon of milk sit on it. Lowered the control to 4 and 4. Advised Cust to give it 24 hrs to have at proper temperature. Checked the damper opening and closed. Opt test ok.

"recovered r134a refrigerant, replaced compressor. Charged with nitrogen to 150 psi, held pressure. Removed nitrogen, placed unit into 30 in vac for 30 min. Charged system with 5.5 oz of r134a. Unit was running in a 20 in vac, low side. Called tech line, tech suggested changing out filter dryer as in might be plugged. Recovered r134a, changed filter dryer. Tested for air movement before sealing system, sealed system and charged with 200 psi of nitrogen. Welds held, removed nitrogen placed unit into 30 in vac for 30 min. Recharged with 5.5 oz of r134a, operating pressure was at 10 psi low side and 150 psi high side. Called tech line back, tech confirmed numbers where good. Put unit back together, found water valve was leaking. Ordered new valve scheduled follow up for 10/9 for possible authorization time.; ordrng 1 W10865826 (Valve)"
