Cx unit sparking on all igniters This is normal operation unit is direct spark all burners click but only the one you are turning gets gas Unit is operating as designed

Installed igniter wire and tested ignition. Everything is working as it should. Tested preheat. Unit preheats as it should.

Igniter wire is cut. Needs new igniter wire. ; ordrng 1 W11161843 (Igniter wire)

"Cc that nothing is wrong with the unit but she wants to make sure shes not doing something wrong, because she washed a rug and when she came down unit was off and rug full of water, explain that the load needs to be even in the unit and one rug will cause it to go off balance, no codes on unit, advise customer not to wash rubber back rugs and this can cause an issue, unit working as designed, opt test ok"
