Cleared water from drip tray and ran drain out, found unit not draining, water is standing in disposal and coming up sink. Ran disposal, water drained out. Let unit complete drain out. Ran wash cycle and let run for several minutes. Canceled to drain out. Unit drained out properly. Advised customer to ensure sink/disposal are clear and allowing water to drain through plumbing. If water back up continues, advised to contact a plumber."

Installed glass and handle Op test ok

CC that there is a noise. Unit was unplugged when arrived. Found the freezer gaskets bottom falling off. The drain hole is blocked with ice. Steamed out the drain hole. Opt test ok.

"Cc not draining well, confirmed cc. Drain line was kinked at the back of unit and at the structure drain tube. Routed line to remove kinks, and tested. Opt test good."
