"Cc was getting banging and unit would go off balance into error code. Went through diagnostics, F0E3 Overload, F0E5 Off Balance. Went over with customer the newer Top Loader compared to previous unit. How to not overload and use correct cycles. If needed can pause unit and rearrange clothes. Biggest thing is not overloading. Ran test mode. Good, all components working correctly. Ran a drain and spin cycle, good. Ran with load in. Good. Op Test Ok"

Cc unit not spinning. Found Shifter error code. Broken actuator. Replaced from t/s. Tested. Good. Op Test Ok. ; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock

Cc that unit is not doing anything and the led lights are really faint when they try to turn on also wont let you do diagnostics either. Tried resetting control board and nothing. Removed panel to get to control board and made sure all the connectors were installed properly and lights and unit started working as should. Tested unit various times and moved around the wires and no issues. Asked customer to monitor if any issues occur again to give us a call.

Cc that door pops open during cycle. Looks like they put weight on door causing it to bend hinges. Will need hinges replaced ordering parts.; ordrng 2 W11568982 (Recepticals)s and 2 W11551301 (Hinge)s
