"Replaced both left switches, harness, element. Took pic and found a random screw on the burners coils that shorted it out. Unit is now working correctly. Leveled legs for customer but let her know can look in the owners manual for leveling if needed. Op Test Ok."

"Cc that lid will not open. Verified and bezel from latch came off and latch is damaged, will need latch and bezel replaced. Unit also had a F9E1 fault not sure if it was just because of latch so ordering harness as well. Office to reschedule parts show out of stock.; ordrng 1 W11670519 (Latch) and 1 W11643701 (Lower harness) and 1 W11643703 (Bezel)"

"Tried replacing components one at a time, started with switch. As soon as turn the back left switch on, poof, shorted and turned off breaker. Found that the harness to switch might be backing off causing loose connections. Replace all at once, next visit. Ordering switch and harness, element is still new and with customer. ; ordrng 1 WP3149404 (Switch) and 1 W11750758 (Harness)"

Replaced LED module in FF. All lights are good. Op Test Ok.
