Cc that unit is squeaking. Confirmed issue with idler pulley. Used repair kit from truck stock. Tested unit opt test good.; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock

"Cc unit doing the same thing, same problem it keeps having, will fill up for about 5 seconds and move right into a normal cycle without having water in basket and then go from that to done. Also customer said unit turned on by itself and she unplugged it. Found F5E1 Lid Switch Fault. Running test mode all components check fine. Verified the customers complaint. Unit only did a little water then went into soak/rinse and straight to done. Seems like the pressure hose is a little pinched. Ordering control, hose, latch, actuator and cap. ; ordrng 1 WPW10482836 (Latch) and 1 W11411581 (Control) and 1 WP353244 (Pressure hose) and 1 W11212745 (Actuator) and 1 W11227944 (Cap)"

"Cc that the unit is showing error code Lo fl, ran diag, found error code, tested unit on diag, no water entering on one of the valves. Best to replace both. Also found drain hose a little low. Showed cust ,explained that the drain hose needs to be 39 inches from bottom of unit to avoid siphoning. ; ordrng 1 W11688995 (Valve c) and 1 W11688994 (Water valve h)"
