"Cc unit going offbalance constantly and making a clicking/grinding noise while washingRan diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran test cycle, found unit not shifting into agitation mode. Found shift actuator arm broken, will need replaced. Checked tub suspension, springs are weak, unit will also need suspension replaced. Quoted customer total repair cost. Customer wants to repair, advised I can replace actuator today but will have to reschedule for suspension install as I have not received my stock yet. Replaced shift actuator using truck stock. "Cc unit leaking water and not spinning out clothes Customer stated the washer leaks water everything they use it, and the spin cycle needs run multiple times for clothes to be dry. Pulled front panel, found evidence of water inside base. Found corrosion and metal shavings from tub seal/bearing area. Tub bearing and seal are damaged. Tub seal (5303279394) is discontinued, did not look up other parts as no repair can be made without new seal. Office to contact LL with diagnosis. ; saved tckt"
