making an appointment and being serviced by Fred’s Appliance with a refreshing change for most home repair service. They heard my concern for my refrigerator ice maker. scheduled a technician( Dan), kept in touch the entire time, even confirmed the appointment the day of and gave a timeframe of about three hour window, which is much appreciated. The technician arrived diagnosed the situation ordered the parts, offered different payment options. returned on the day quoted to install the new parts. I’m very satisfied with the service. the price was extremely reasonable and Dan did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Fred’s appliance to anyone in need.
