"Cc grinding noise when agitating and offbalance during spinRan diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran test cycle, all functions passed, no abnormal noise. Checked tub suspension, springs are weak. This causes tub to drop and contact ribs of drip pan under unit, forcing cam to contact pulley during agitation. Unit will need suspension and splutch replaced. Used truck stock suspension on earlier job, will need to order. ; ordrng 1 W11130362 (Suspension) and 1 W10721967 (Cam)"
