"Cust stated the agitation is slipping and basket has rust. Confirmed. Found the gearcase slipping in an agitating. Advised Cust that it will need a new Gearcase, brake, cam, clutch and basket. Cust does not want to repair the Gearcase, but still wants the lid lock, replaced. Replaced the lid lock. Opt test ok. ; ordrng 1 W10820043 (Basket assembly) and 1 285785 (Clutch) and 1 3360629 (Gearcase) and 1 285811 (Cam) and 1 W10389328 (Basket), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*), and 1 1OVRSZ (oversized shipping*) from stock"
