"Cc unit not drying all the wayRan dryer op test, good heat and tumble. Checked airflow at vent outlet, no restrictions. Ran diagnostics, no codes stored. Moisture sensor checked good. Advised custome to select More Dry if using sensor based cycles, but these cycle are not full proof, load sizing( too big or too small) and mixed material types will affect these cycles. Can also use Timed dry and select appropriate length of drying time. No issues found with unit. Unit is working as designed."

Used loctite on mount screw and threaded back into mount. Freezer door closing up tight to cabinet. Advised customer to monitor temperature. Op test good."
