"Cc unit displays f8e0 when trying to start a bake cycle Ran diagnostics, confirmed f8e0 for cooling fan speed too low. Checked cooling fan connections, checked good. Fan bearings are stiff. Replaced cooling fan motor using customer supplied pre id part. Ran bake test to 350 degrees. Good preheat, no faults. Op test good."

Checked tracks for damage. None found unit operating as intended, advised customer to double check each time the door is closed."

"Cc indicator light not showing red/white during/after cycleRan diagnostics, no codes stored. Ran test cycle, all functions passed. Customer states unit is working just fine but is concerned that indicator light only displays blue during the cycle. No information on Service matters pertaining to indicator light colors during certain functions. Called WPL tech line, Chris, per service manual section 1-9, indicator is only blue. Unit is operating as designed."

This was my first experience with Fred’s Appliance Repair. I had Bill come out. He was actually out earlier than expected. He was knowledgeable, honest and knew right away what the problem was and how to correct it. I had to pay for the service call (which was expected) and that was it.
