"Cc refrigerator not cooling properly and lights not working in refrigerator. Under special job, labor and parts covered for lighting issues. Ordering light kit. Unit was cooling properly when I arrived. Could not find any cooling issues. Advised customer to keep an eye on it and be careful of anything situational that could affect the temperatures.; ordrng 1 W11683244 (Led kit)"

Installed dryer door and swapped swing side Op test ok

"Replaced compressor, 30in vacuum for 15 mins, charged with 53g or R600a pressure holding at 2in vacuum good frost pattern on evap advise to allow up to 48 hours for temps to equalize. Opt test ok"

"Pulled unit back out of the wall and took it back apart. Took pictures of the magnet tube to send to Tech line. They advised I test it with the cabinet open. I did find the issues is with the thermostat and attached harness overheating, melting the connection. While I was putting everything back together to order the parts, customer called Whirlpool and spoke with Safety and they are replacing the unit for her. We will not proceed with the repair."
