CC that the ovens are not heating properly. Ran diag f2e1 stuck key. Both ovens calibrated to 20*. Heated both ovens to 350*. Waited 15 minutes after the buzzer. Both ovens 350*. Advised the Cust to wait 10-15 minutes after the buzzer to insert the food. Opt test ok.

Bill did a great job. He quickly determined what was wrong with our washer and fixed it that same day. He had the parts with him. It was so great to be able to have someone in to fix the washer that actually knew what he was doing and he was courteous and knowledgeable!
