Cc Unit not staying cool. There was not frost pattern on the fresh food evaporator. All fans and compressor are working properly. Ordering fresh food evaporator and dye drier. ; ordrng 1 W11578026 (Evaporator) and 1 W11109499 (Drier)

Unit not draining when defrosting. Steamed out drain and removed ice. Used mastic to form a dam to keep water in line. All tested ok.

Cc lower oven burning food. Ran a bake on both upper and lower oven because customer wanted me to check them out. Let it preheat and waiting about 10-15 mins after it was done preheating. Used temp gun and upper oven was reading around 345* and lower oven was reading 445*. Calibrated lower oven so it wouldnt get so too hot when customer goes to cook their food. Tested and everything working as should opt test good.

Cc unit leaking from bottom left corner. Verified and found that drain tube was clogged and bottom of freezer had ice buildup. Steamed out ice buildup and cleaned out drain tube.
