Ran diagnostics, found compressor did not shutdown when in diagnostics mode. Unit will need jazz board replaced. Quoted customer repair cost. Replaced jazz board using truck stock part. Programmed to 01. Advised customer to allow several hours for ff section to return to desired temperatures. Op test good. ; ordrng 1 WPW10503278 (Control-elec)"

Absolutely outstanding service. Dan was very polite very professional was able to identify the issue. The parts ordered parts were here within 24 hours and he came back on time as promised finished the job. Everything works perfectly.
