The machine was never cycled and if it would have been you would have seen that it didn’t work just like the last person that was here. This will make the forth appointment we have had with this company and the service is terrible. At least make sure the machine will work before you leave. Now I have taken four days off work. Weeks of taking my clothes to the laundromat. Damn.
