What a wonderful experience I had with Jason from Fred’s Appliance, my washing machine is over 20 years old and was literally decamping spitting out plastic pieces Jason ordered parts and now I have a new machine, I actually don’t remember it washing like it is currently doing so it was messed up for awhile, he was polite and very knowledgeable I’m so glad to have met him. Lucky to have Fred's Appliance Service (& a Whirlpool warranty!) available to us. This is second repair visit in less than first year of us owning a Whirlpool appliance but technicians were able to fix both problems.
