"Cc unit not cooling Confirmed both sections at room temperature. Checked compressor, found compressor is cold/not running. Checked power into start relay, good at 120v. Replaced start relay using truck stock part. Compressor started up, good heat on discharge, frost pattern starting on evaporator. Advised customer to allow up to 24 hrs of run time before restocking unit. Op test good. ; used 1 8201786 (STARTER) from stock"

Repaired wiring using wire harness. Ran test cycle to ensure no additional issues. All functions passed. Op test good.

"Cc unit not starting cycle, lights flashing and beepingRan diagnostics, found codes f10e2 for vent wax motor electrical problem and f8e2 for fill valve electrical problem. No water entering during test cycle. Pulled bottom kick plate and inspected valve. Found wiring to inlet valve chewed apart. No repair can be made with unit installed, unable to uninstall due to flooring/countertop. Customer will need to have unit uninstalled to have wiring harness replaced. Ordering harness. Pulled unit from cabinet space. Found broken wire to drain pump. Repaired wiring. Pushed unit back into cabinet space and ran test cycle. All functions passed. Op test good.

Pressed cancel button, drain pump did not turn on. Could not diagnose unit further due to the flooring being too high to be able to uninstall unit from cabinet space.
