"Cc unit not locking or working at all. Ran diagnostics and found error codes f5e1 lid switch fault , f5e2 lid lock fault, f5e3 lid unlock fault. Ran an auto test in diagnostics and lid was locking and working as should checked out of diagnostics and was also working. Customer also states they had someone already come out and they had replaced the latch. Unit working as designed opt test good. Recommended customer to monitor."
