Brian was very knowledgeable. He immediately knew what the problem was. A bolt came undone at the bottom of the washer causing it to make a very loud rattling noise. He explained the issue so we know what to look out for should it happen again. Brian was great! I have never requested appliance service and even going through Whirlpool and them picking the company, the service was great. I did not read any reviews as I did not really have an option and was not disappointed. Would recommend! I also rarely fill these out but I was happy and I feel like companies don’t get enough good reviews. People always point out negatives.
