"CC that the unit was not working and started to work. Confirmed. Dryer was running when arriving. No error codes. Found the dryer vent laying on the ground under deck about 30, barely any airflow. Advised Cust to replace the foil style vent advised customer to replace with a semi rigid or rigid vent. To stop at the end of the house with the vent."
