CC that the dishwasher needs to be installed. Advised customer we do not do installs.

Intermittent power loss. Refrigerator is working at the moment and I couldnt replicate the issue. The only issue apparent is a bad LED in the freezer section. Called GE tech support. According to them the LED cannot cause the control board to shut down and that it would likely have to be a fan. Fans are all working normally. Customer also mentioned that the user interface used to always show a green filter light. Green filter light is off. Asked GE tech support and that is normal operation. No fault found at the moment. Told customer to monitor the refrigerator and record any anomalies and call us back if the issue reoccurs.

"Moisture leaking into user interface causing error code. UI is peeling. Ordering new ui and console as well as vent so no more moisture can get into the ui. Unit is under 2 years old based on POP, from cosco. ; ordrng 1 W11806852 (User interface) and 1 W11460908 (Console) and 1 W11649995 (Vent)"
