"Cc that unit kept chiming and wouldnt let them use the ui so they unplugged it and they plugged it back in today before I arrived and now its not having the issue, but I stayed a while to make sure temperature would start dropping and it dropped a bit but not enough removed evaporator cover and found barely any frost on evaporator after waiting about 20mins. Ordering compressor, evaporator and control board because of the flashing lights and not being able to to anything even after resetting the first time. ; ordrng 1 W11574734 (Compressor) and 1 W11598434 (Evaporator) and 1 W11224256 (Control board)"

"Entitlement shows POP this year. Under a year old. Cc of rattling from Convection fan. Took off fan motor and blades and reset together. Ran unit to pre heat. Good, no rattling. If needed in future, part number W11582241 convection fan assembly. As of today unit is good. All checks good, heat is cycling. Op Test Ok"

"Cc that pipes bang when unit is filling there is water arrestors installed but customer states they are over 20 years old and that his plumber told him that has nothing to do with the banging and that is the washer that has issues, ran diagnostic and f5e1 for lid open when unit start, ran test cycle and all good, customer states that there was hot water when he had the unit in cool, explained that every setting uses hot water except the tap cold, advise replacing the hammer arrestors and if that doesnt fix the issue to let us know"
