Cc unit starts when closing the doorFound unit is starting a cycle without input when door switches are in the closed position. Found contacts stuck closed on power relay on main control. Unit will need main control replaced. Part (W10127101) is discontinued. Unable to repair.

"Cc unit leaking water and not able to finish cycles Found unit flashing e09, unable to clear fault, customer stated they have been power cycling unit to get to run. Found base full of water, leak at motor or sump seal. E09 is communication fault per tech sheet pertained to UI needing replaced. Part (7154695801) is discontinued. Unable to repair."

"Cc unit not making ice Found no ice in ice container. Ice maker switch was in the OFF positing. Turned ice maker ON, and pressed cycle button. Ice maker indexed and filled mold with water. Advised customer to allow several hours for ice production to resume. Op test good."

"Cc unit not using any hot water, and now f5e3 appear on display, will not start a cycle Plugged in unit, immediately fault f5e3 for lid will not unlock. Replaced lid latch using customer supplied part. Ran diagnostics, found codes f5e3 and f3e2 for inlet water temperature fault. Replaced inlet valve using customer supplied pre id part. Cleared faults and ran test cycle, all functions passed. Op test good."

"Customer complaint of no water detected error, found supply valves closed, opened, started quick wash cycle, unit filled, found drain hose laying on the floor with water running out, advised customer that drain hose neeeds to be a minimum of 39 off of floor, unit is operating as designed"
