"Cc unit not spinning. Unplugged unit to reset control board, plugged back in and ran a drain and spin and unit is spinning and working as should. Gearcase is leaking oil and also making a slight grinding noise when spinning basket by hand. Explained to customer that there couldve either been an off-balanced load or power outage that caused it to stop during spin cycle. Will need parts listed below. Cc unit not spinning in rinse cycle will just go to done. Confirmed. Replaced both actuator and capacitor. Also noticed customer had drain hose laying on the floor. Explained to customer that drain hose needs to be at least 36 inches high in order for unit to also work properly. Tested unit in a quick wash and everything is working as should opt test good.

Installed gasket. Door now seals properly.
