Customer thought he had warranty because Whirlpool said he did. He showed me a receipt and its out of the one year extended warranty. Explained to him to call Best buy where he bought it and see if he got an extended warranty. Otherwise couldnt work on unit.

"Cc that the unit is not working does not wants to fill up or spin. It does like it fills a little the stops right away. Stared a drain and spin, it worked, stared a medium normal cycle. It worked. Ran diag found error, no codes, stared test cycle. Unit is working at this spoint. Looked underneath unit, found oil from gearcase is leaking. But everything is running properly.,called cust and showed is working. Cust will monitor.
