Quoted customer service and labor if something is stuck in drum felt seal, if damage or any other failure, additional charges may be needed. Pulled front panel. Found several bits of metal and a safety pin stuck in felt seal. Reassembled front panel and retested. No abnormal noise heard. Op test good."

Service was great in terms of getting an appointment promptly and having the issue resolved. However, we are very disappointed in the pricing. The issue involved removing 3 small items from the dryer felt seal. This required at most 10 minutes of labor. We were charged $120 of labor in addition to $130 for the service call.
